These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Mullan Enterprises Bookkeeping application ("the application"), provided by Mullan Financial LLC, a subsidiary of Mullan Enterprises LLC. By accessing or using the application, you agree to these Terms.
The service
The application is an internal accounting and general-ledger system built for Mullan Enterprises LLC and its affiliated companies. It is provided by Mullan Financial LLC for the internal use of Mullan Enterprises and its affiliates, and it is not offered or licensed to the general public.
Permitted use
Access to the application is limited to authorized personnel of Mullan Enterprises LLC and its affiliated companies, for the purpose of maintaining and reporting on those companies' own books of record. You agree to use the application only for this internal business purpose, to keep your access credentials confidential, and not to attempt to access accounting data belonging to any company you are not authorized to act for.
QuickBooks Online integration
The application integrates with QuickBooks Online through Intuit's authorized OAuth 2.0 API to read a connected company's accounting data. Use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit's own terms of service and privacy policy, in addition to these Terms. Mullan Financial LLC is not affiliated with Intuit Inc. and does not act on Intuit's behalf.
No warranty
The application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Mullan Financial LLC does not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mullan Financial LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to use of, or inability to use, the application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which a claim is based.
Changes to the application and these terms
Mullan Financial LLC may modify, suspend, or discontinue the application, in whole or in part, at any time. These Terms may also be updated from time to time; the effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
